The Hypothesis
@annaleen Great post! Excited to read the book 😊 A few years back I was listening to a con panel about robots and AI and someone said maybe we'd be less afraid of robots turning on us if we took care more seriously; if we could trust that we'd be good 'parents', and that honestly sunk right into my bones
@sarahijackson Such a good observation. Our fear of robots is kind of telling on ourselves, isn't it?
@annaleen Nice. Now I'm even more excited for Automatic Noodle
@annaleen every time I see this kind of question I change AI and Robots for Calculators and giggle to myseld
@annaleen On the post-slavery questions, we should transpose “when will” with “will,” and replace “how can,” with “can.” Ditching the other questions, and instead of “how can,” asking “should we,” could be a step towards a moral awakening.
