@paul @osf for B2Access, it is not completely trivial, but it can be used with any mail address. Do provide your full name, and ideally use an organisation's email address.

(We need to know who the people are who download index data.)

Ah, OK. To be fair I know very little about B2Access so it was unfair of me to put them in the same comment as Facebook and Google.
