Lemm.ee [http://Lemm.ee] closing down has me concerned about the way things are heading. Is lemmy still healthy and growing, or is this a sign of things to come?

With the way federation works, all of the lemme.ee posts are synced to all other federated Lemmy servers and I just can’t see all of them going away. I think Lemmy will be just fine.

As far as lemmy.world specifically, it’s more than just a Lemmy instance, it’s run by the Fedihosting Foundation and they host many different types of servers. If you’re concerned about their longevity, consider donating to their Patreon.
