Tránsito lunar de la ISS o EEI
Ayer por la tarde, poco antes del atardecer, la Estación Espacial Internacional transitó la Luna en fase creciente gibosa al 56%. Viviendo en un archipiélago, pocas veces se dan las condiciones para poder capturar los tránsitos y mucho menos desde el patio de donde se vive. A pesar del polvo sahariano, que en pequeñas cantidades sirve para estabilizar la atmósfera, ésta no estaba en sus mejores condiciones hoy. La presencia de otros aerosoles añadida al resto de la pequeña intrusión tropical del día anterior y a que no the tiempo de aclimatar el telescopio, no me dejó capturarlo con mucha calidad; hice lo que pude en el procesado.

Yesterday afternoon, just before sunset, the International Space Station transited the waxing gibbous Moon at 56% illumination.
Living on an archipelago, it's rare to have the right conditions to capture a transit—especially from the courtyard of the building where I live. Despite the presence of Saharan dust (which in small amounts can help stabilize the atmosphere), conditions weren’t ideal today. The combination of additional aerosols, a small tropical intrusion from the day before, and not having time to acclimate the telescope didn’t allow me to capture it in great quality—but I did my best in post-processing.
