🚀 Built a scalable email outreach automation in Zapier — no code, and it actually pauses when someone replies.

Perfect for sales, PR, or partnership campaigns.

Saves hours and keeps follow-ups smart. Here’s how it works 🧵

I use Zapier Tables as a lightweight CRM.

Each record includes:

• Name & Email
• Outreach Status (Intro, Followup, Final, Replied, Bounced)
• A Launch button
• Link to the email thread

Clicking "Launch" kicks everything off.

⚙️ The automation flow:

Schedule intro email for next Monday at 9AM

Update status to “Intro”

Add email thread link to the record

Then it starts the follow-up sequence 👇

🔁 Follow-Up Loop (runs twice):

• Delay N weeks + random time (for human feel)
• If no reply or bounce, send follow-up
• Update status to “Followup” or “Final Followup”

Smart follow-ups, no micromanaging.

📬 A second automation monitors replies:

• If the lead replies → status updates to Replied
• If the email bounces → status updates to Bounced and re-enables the Launch button

Follow-ups stop automatically ✅

🧠 Power-user upgrades:

• Add SMS, LinkedIn DMs, or form fills if no email reply
• Pause outreach to all contacts at a company once one replies

All no-code. Totally scalable.
