The panel hearing emergency appeals this month appears to be: Rao, Katsas, Walker.
All three are Trump appointees — in fact the only Trump appointees on the DC Circuit.
They are handling one of the key tariff appeals.
Statistically questionable.
No matter which way an appellate court ruling goes (absent slam dunk rulings on things the regime knows won't fly), it's going to be appealed up the chain to SCOTUS, so I wouldn't either crow or cry about lower court results.
Analysis of the strength of rulings is worth paying attention to, but, in the end, it's the MAGA tilted SCOTUS that's going to make the final determination.
