On this first day of Pride Month, a reminder that the real 'gender ideology' is the white supremacist insistence that there are just two genders and sexes, even though both science and history show us that this is not true.

Heteronormativity and the gender binary are colonial impositions that have their roots in Western christianity and European empire, and should, like the patriarchy*, be smashed.

* The 'patriarchy' as mentioned here is understood to be the kyriarchy, but, since the latter is a term not as widely understood, the former is used as a shortcut instead.
