We don't do Memoir 4F. I have thought about a WW2 tactical implementation, but it wouldn't be easy.

@aforandy so many games - why should I play? 😉
@iain We can start with Samurai Battles. Vassal & Commands & Colors are both at their best with each other.
I'd like to try Imperial Struggle and Atlantic Chase.
@aforandy OK let's do it, but the next few days are busy and then I'm on holiday for a few weeks...
@iain @aforandy then its Wimbledon fortnight and after that the Test Match!
@aforandy @aforandy don't forget Henley! 🚣‍♂️
@iain @aforandy
or the Alamo!

@iain Woke up tired, after some late nights, and went to the club. All very familiar. Two others turned up, so we played Dune Uprising. As usual, they collected everything except VP and I was the opposite, so completely ran away with it. I got 13VP, but lost one to end it 12-6-5. Then we played Don Quixote, which I always win, but on game three drew with Dr. Campen. Then AZUL, which I don't have affinity for.

Mr. Inbetween is well worth it. Another in the 23 minute per episode class.

@aforandy @iain Nice. Dune is excellent.
@iain @aforandy I previously thought access to factions in Uprising was limited, so spy support was required, but in this game I had two 'Truthsayers', which are the same as Diplomacy cards, with an additional Bene Gesserit tag. And spies wouldn't be that useful.
@iain @aforandy did you get my posts about the MP?
@iain @aforandy This has no advantages over email, and a lot of disadvantages.
I always thought Facebook was graphically poor.
@aforandy this isn't email. It's social media like Twitter.
@aforandy @iain The Foster's in North Carolina have agreed to consider the offer for their deceased father's books, so that our first positive step.
