The Ocean is North America's oldest named passenger rail service. Since 1904, it's linked #Halifax to #Montreal, via Sandford Fleming's old Intercolonial Railway line.
It's a sleeper, and the food, service, and scenery are outstanding.

@straphanger Huh! Iβve mostly heard disappointed accounts of the Ocean. Apparently there is no real kitchen on board anymore and they scrapped the observation cars?
Anyway, will read your article, maybe it is a train I want to take after all!
