Trump’s “Liberation Day” tariffs got put in jail, for now, by the U.S. Court of International Trade. A three-judge panel found Trump exceeded his authority from Congress to levy tariffs, ruling most of them illegal. This is heading to SCOTUS soon. My write-up in the replies!

@jaykuo Never mind SCOTUS, the COITUS (*) can expect some kind of interregnum or interruptus to be imposed by the octagenarian orange fuhrer mumbling something about replacement theory (of radical law-obiding activist judges).
