Good morning! We've been taking advantage of the city's free native plant program for two years and did this season's pickup on Friday. The P. strictus (Rocky Mountain penstemon) we planted last year are about to bloom.

The plants are the same ones you find in our nearest montane zones, but grow twice as big with a little extra water and richer soil. #bloomscrolling
