So I was super sick on Monday with flu like symptoms, but I started feeling better yesterday and then today felt pretty good besides the fact of waking up at 5am again. My lungs are still full of liquids and nasty, but other than that I felt mostly normal.

At lunch I decided it would be a good idea to flush out the lungs by going running for a 5km. I felt weak and short of breath the whole time. My body was probably trying to send a message, but I know I'm the one that runs this ship...

I finished the run as if I was healthy, but instantly felt bad and still do a few hours later. I may not be a smart man, but I don't let my bitch of a body tell me what to do. What does it know anyway? #alphaseed
