Slowly but surely, I will finish this website for the Django community. This is what I do on weekends.
I had this for breakfast today. The Django Namibia website is taking shape, I worked on the Resources page.
Now, I will go out for some sports activities, and later tonight I will be watching Paris Saint-Germain vs Inter Milan in the UEFA Champions League final.
It’s getting down to the wire; I should be launching this website this coming weekend.
This is the acquired domain but it’s still not active: djangonamibia.org
The next phase of this project will be the rebranding of the Python Namibia website and the development of the portal (management system).
Created a testing URL: https://djangonamibia.pythonanywhere.com/
It’s still not perfect, I’ve just laid the foundation.
I’m facing a few issues: slow-loading images (need help) and a few broken links, but I plan to fix those on Saturday.
I’m aiming to launch it over the weekend, pending community approval.
