Got my #HamShackHotline back online. It's a shame I lost the 5 digit number I had, but I have nobody to blame but myself.

Anyway, my new number is 6103661 if you're interested. I'm not showing up in the directory right now for some reason.

@arth I've gotten precisely one call ever, but I joined Hams Over IP a while back, and wonder if I made the wrong choice... Seems HSH is more popular.

The right thing to do would be for the two orgs to bridge and interoperate, but anyway...

@AF0AJ Sign up for HSHL. I'll call you. ;)

A bunch of my buddies in CO and NV use it. When I need to call one and I think they might be in their shack, I call them on HSHL. If they don't answer there then I'll try their cell.

I also have accounts on HOIP and AmateurWire, but I don't know anyone else that use them and so had never made or received any calls with those two. I didn't bother to set them back up again when I got my phone back online. Maybe I should work on that.

@arth Easy decision. I have a two-port ATA, one of which is conventional dial tone. So the second port is whatever one thing I think is the right answer. 😉
