This shit from Meetup.com is sooo shady. The meetup group is on hiatus (since before the pandemic) and I decided no longer wanted to pay them £$€ per year to maintain the account.

So they spam this stuff to all the members implying leadership is up for grabs within a few clicks.

To be clear: we still consider the BDD London meetup 'ours' and would be pissed off if someone else started using the name without talking to us.
