I am working hard on an alternative to Amazon for the paperback. Unfortunately, due to Amazon’s vertical monopoly on POD + distribution rolled in one, it is the most feasible … for now.
Until then, I can send individual copies out to folks (as soon as I order some more inventory—IML prizes cleaned me out!)
