I'm disturbed that when I demonstrate the danger of "AI" to many people they literally don't see the issue. It's like its so normalised that they just have no idea what autonomy is anymore.

@gamingonlinux I particularly love how the work-around is not "enable the OS-level user privacy flag that was of course definitely implemented along with Recall" and instead "enable the OS-level intellectual property enforcement flag because we cannot allow the user to upset corporations' feelings"
Ălbaum@gamingonlinux @eniko Nah, Recall is the result of someone scrolling on twitter or facebook, seeing something of vague interest just leave the screen, scrolling back to see it, but itâs gone forever.
