There is currently an issue with the UK Met Office API which can (but doesn't always) result in a failure to retrieve a weather forecast.

I have raised a support ticket with the Met Office and I am awaiting a reply. Other users of this data have reported the same issue, so it's not just affecting Compu-Tron x3000 (phew!).

Once I receive an update, I will post again here with the details.

Met Office gave a 'do one, son' reply. Seems the API is not being supported even though it's not being retired until December. Righty-o. Looks like I'll need to work on moving to the new DataHub API and get lat/long data from the Office of National Statistics files instead.

Ah well, Compu-Tron x3000 is my first released project. Can't let a feature in it expire already!
