How is it that few people - including esp Dem leaders - are discussing the fact that Trump spent the campaign saying he knew nothing about #Project2025 and had no intention of following its gameplan yet he's installed Vought - one of the creators of it - at OMB and that Vought is executing the gameplan?

@Axomamma maybe because it's too esoteric for a public messaging campaign. people care about the effects of it, not the people behind it
@anathema_device Trump denied knowledge of it multiple times throughout the suumer and fall. I don't see how it's "esoteric." It's what he's doing, it's what Dems spent months talking about.
@Axomamma and it didn’t do any damage to his campaign :(

@anathema_device Its contents polled very poorly - which is why he had to claim ignorance of its existence.

Republicans - and anyone who pays attention - know that repetition in messaging helps. I do not understand why Democrats are allergic to the concept. Banging on about Project 2025 could be effective in that it's a big picture. Chasing disparate parts in isolation starts to look like nit-picking individual "policy differences."
