My only thought that could be of use is that boat epoxy is a thing (don’t know the temperature limits but I expect it would be fine).

I’ll do a follow up post with the finished project too. I can’t believe I haven’t found anyone trying to do it yet, or it could just be the result of how awful all internet search has gotten lol
