On #IDAHOT, we are standing strong with the LGBTIQ+ communities, amplifying their voices, and recommitting to a world where love is celebrated in all its forms.

That’s why we are working on the LGBTIQ Equality Strategy post-2025, set to be published by the end of the year.

This strategy will tackle discrimination and hatred based on:
🏳️‍🌈 sexual orientation
🏳️‍🌈 gender identity
🏳️‍🌈 sex characteristics

Diversity is our strength.

@EUCommission Seems like a perfect opportunity for the Commission to spread the word about the European Citizens Initiative for a EU wide ban on conversion „therapy“, which has seen absolutely massive engagement from EU citizens in the last three days, gathering upwards of 200000 signatures A DAY, and whose signature period ends today

Our Union is one of freedom and equality. Everyone should be able to be who they are, live as, and love who they want. We recall the importance of upholding the Charter of Fundamental Rights, including the right to freedom of expression and to peaceful assembly and association, and of not discriminating against any groups of the population. And we will not hesitate to take action, where appropriate. We stand with the LGBTIQ+ community – in Hungary and in all Member States. 🏳️‍🌈🇪🇺

We need urgently an European Law that requires strong DEI-Rules in every Company who has a physical presence within the EU, no matter where the Mothercompany may be located!

My comment is to *everybody* who reads here and looks at the nice self promotion of the @EUCommission

Their part is to work for a definitive ban of this kind of torture - we needn't a petition if they had done it! Their part is action behind the nice colours.
