@adtur from a somewhat utilitarian perspective (and not having thought about it very hard - this is not necessarily My Position), a (profitable) perfectly rational for-profit company is necessarily deriving more surplus from your employment than they're paying you, or else you wouldn't be employed there. then, it depends on what proportion of a company's revenue comes from unethical activities and what proportion of your pay you put towards something good, and how they compare.
