@streetartutopia great minds think alike- I've only been there once, but I took photos of the same tortoise...and a zillion other things there. Definitely a fantastic building.

This is probably inspired by Chinese steles. Lot of them has a tortoise shaped mythological son of Dragon god at their base. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nine_sons_of_the_dragon
