@fionaorkneynews I have been growing sorrel for a year now, just in a pot. It doesn't taste very good, compared to spinach or rocket, but can be snuck into stronger flavoured dishes for the vitamins.

I must say, I was really put off by the hard promotion of the Meta and "X" platforms by this university/government sponsored project. You'd think they'd avoid being associated with unethical companies run by American white supremacist billionaires.

I told them I'd found out about them on Mastodon.
