Does anyone know zx spectrum repair? Trying to boot and it just repeatedly flashes the screen magenta

This is the fault I'm getting, gonna buy a diagnostic cartridge but does anyone recognise this issue?

As you can see I have composite modded this spectrum but I know that isn't the problem.

ZXSpectrum diagnostic cartridge arrived, I have a bad lower ram (don't they usually send you to a chiropractor for this kind of thing?). Everything else seems to be good though (famous last words).
