What are you doing to improve your sleep? I'd like to know more about how people improve their sleep.
Here's mine:
- go to bed early at same time (22.00) 🛏️
- no phone in bedroom 🚫
- read a book in bed 📖
- 1 shake of pea protein 1 hr before bed
- no alcohol 🚫
- exercise often 🏋️♂️
- a varied diet 🥑
- no caffeine after 14.00 🚫
