@shlee What a worthy project!!

I wonder if it would be worth talking to people who have done related work in the past? When I was young I benefited greatly from an account on bur.st, a Perth-based but Oz-wide "community ISP" that provided email, web hosting, and a Unix shell to all comers. @shlee I guess my biggest concern is how much time and energy moderating the community is going to take - I feel like if you have to be on the lookout for everything from spam campaigns to malware hosting to cryptominers you might end up with some quickly burned out admins. I guess things have become even more complicated since 2012...
