@gerrymcgovern @pluralistic "AI‘s biggest problem" is that it’s a solution to a problem no-one had except for some Silicon Valley billionaires that needed a new license to print even more money.
Normally, I’d be cool with that, except they are so successful at selling their snake oil that public money is rerouted on a worldwide level from solving actual problems to the coffers of the 0.1%.
So, instead of fighting climate change, we take the sparse resources we have to build more radiators?!?
