tSatty#CrazyIdea : I'd really like to build & use a forum-esque addon/plugin/extension/app to Mastodon, that detects long threads (e.g. >7) of posts, and shows them in a forum-thread-ish view.
Mostly to get
1) more horisontal space for each post (=> more posts vertically on screen)
2) "autoshaving" of all those mention-handles that I don't actually need to see
3) clearer view of which posts are replies to which - some kind of "flattened" view of the post-tree, with easy ways to select a focused branch
