If the thing was delivered, congratulations, well done on participating, have a sticker. No medal because delivering things is your raison d'etre, after all. It's what we pay you for.

@greem it is purely for metrics and statistics which are probably used to measure how well the employees do which are used to evaluate performance. Regardless if you think it is ridiculous being a bit obnoxiously ignorant of the purpose isn't helping anyone.
