A rather stylish art deco office building at Inchinnan in Renfrewshire. Designed Gilbert Wallis, it was built in 1929 for the India Tyre Company. The site was originally home to the Inchinnan Airship Construction Company, created by the shipbuilders William Beardmore and Company in the 1916 to build hydrogen-filled airships for the British Admiralty.

While four airships were built, the Admiralty cancelled its contract in 1919, and the station closed in 1922. The India Tyre Company purchased the site in 1927 and re-purposed it to make tyres, including the construction of this office building.
