So, anyway.

Around 1970, Jeff Lynne and Roy Wood were both and each simultaneously leading both The Electric Light Orchestra and The Move. (Spoiler: it didn't end great.)

BUT, the story goes that usually their horn songs went to The Move while the tunes that wanted strings usually went to the young ELO.

And, honestly, it was a little miraculous for a while.

Obligatory.

"What Roy Wood Was Capable Of"

This is from last night.

When he escorted a young lady to his second prom this year.

Whatever.

He taught two (2) SAT prep classes this morning.

Then he walked to the mall and found two (2) really thoughtful Mother's Day presents.

Like I fucking care.

@hotdogsladies I recently read Breakfast of Champions by Vonnegut, and I think a phrase that may suit your current vibe is: "And so on."

@hotdogsladies Billy is such a great kid, and thanks for sharing your bits of happiness with us!

He’s the Mann!

@hotdogsladies It's hard to believe that the kid from "keep watching, internet bozos" is already this old. But it's not hard to believe how cool he turned out.
