Words matter.

Don't say arrest when you mean kidnap.
Don't say deported when you mean trafficked.
Don't say prison when you mean concentration camp.
Don't say rule of law when you mean lawlessness.
Don't say illegal when you mean immigrant.
Don't say law enforcement when you mean masked civilian bounty hunters posing as law enforcement.
Don't say protecting women when you mean controlling women.
Don't say agenda when you mean equal rights.
Don't say meritocracy when you mean cronyism.
Don't say war when you mean invasion.
Don't say President when you mean Dictator.
Don't say terrorist when you mean opponent.
And don't say Christian when you mean Fascist.

It confuses people.

@Lana Yes and also, it's really been bothering me that everyone (mass media & social) has been using the word 'deport' in regards to US citizens being expelled from the US. The word means to remove foreigners, by definition US citizens cannot be deported from the US, and by using the word it subtly implies that the expelled people didn't belong here.
