@WolvericCatkin @MelissaBearTrix I’m so upset to see disposable vape products show up at the dispensaries I go to.
I just started using a rec shop in Maine, I got excited to see a couple favorite strains but when they told me they were disposable I told them no thank you, those things stress me out.
Last time I went there there was only one, last year New Hampshire didn’t offer disposable vapes, a couple months ago there were at least three different products at the dispensary here.
Why are people buying these things? It doesn’t even make sense. At least the ones I saw yesterday were 2 g, it’s still not worth it to make all that just to be thrown away after using 2 g worth of oil.
@MelissaBearTrix yes!! Here in NH vape stores are the new “mattress liquidators” who have been having going out of business sales since they all opened.
I’m not even exaggerating, driving thru one of the major business districts in the capital city near me, there’s a few fast food places, some gas stations, and at least four vape stores.
We already had a few when a tanning salon and the bread outlet closed and became vape stores.
Do you remember that “vape illness” #EVALI in the summer of 2019? Seems all these people and places know that it wasn’t actually vape illness making people sick. The US just did didn’t want to call it a virus until another country could get blamed for starting it.
(please don’t come at me and try to tell me that the US determined it was because Juul & small business cannabis shops all decided to add vitamin E to the vape cartridges even though they would have known that would be a disaster. That was propaganda.)
