ID_TanzhausWho can participate: The Zukunftslabor is primarily intended for independent dance professionals from Frankfurt and the region, as well as members of ID_Frankfurt. For this edition, several places are also available to artists working in other regions of Germany to encourage national exchange of experiences and perspectives.
This event is part of the nationwide initiative #Tanzallianzen, a collaboration of ten dance offices and networks from ten federal states: Fachstelle Tanz Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, ID_Tanzhaus Frankfurt Rhein-Main, K3 - Zentrum für Choreographie | Tanzplan Hamburg, nrw landesbüro tanz, Tanzbüro Berlin, Tanzbüro München, Tanzinitiative Brandenburg, TANZKOOP Niedersachsen mit LAFT Niedersachsen, Tanznetz Dresden, Tanzszene Baden-Württemberg.
Following the opening event #TanzMachtBerlin at the Akademie der Künste in February, each partner will host local satellite formats between March and September 2025 to develop strategies and structures for their respective dance communities. All findings will be brought together in a nationwide exchange and a final digital event in late September.
This project is part of Tanzallianzen, funded by the Fonds Darstellende Künste with support from the Federal Government Commissioner for Culture and the Media. The project partners are co-financed by their respective municipalities and states.
