I'm nearing the point where I'm ready to open source #mediathing ! I've finished the last big code refactor and now all that's left is to move it out of my personal monorepo; which will surely be a large undertaking itself.
Which means the most important question is in front of me: hg or git. You'd think for me it would be obvious. But, I know not many people are familiar with hg these days and so I'm considering git, IF doing so would have significantly more people interested.
This would be in addition to direct downloads of the built thing.
