I need to spend more time exploring ahead of the next #bandcampFriday so I don't wind up in a paradox-of-choice spiral. I have plenty of stuff on my wishlist but genres don't always line up with my current vibe

This time, though, I finally picked up Tele Novella's Merlynn Belle. I've been streaming it for a year and a half now and feeling vaguely bad about (if you like a song or an album enough to listen to it more than a couple of times you should buy it IMO)

Fun fact about this album: the Tele Novella project was kind of on a possibly-permanent hiatus until Pabst Brewing contacted them out of the blue and was like "hey so we have this grant program for American music acts. Can we give you some money to record an album?"

I am pretty excited that they're actively working on the follow-up to Poet's Tooth 🥹 #teleNovella
