@georgetakei I have to admit that though I - like all progressive democratic people - already knew that it would be despicably xenophic, racist, misogynistic, anti-LGBT+, and reactionary beyond any belief.
But this is shocking! I have to admit that even in my wildest dream, I wouldn't have thought that going back to real racial segregation could really be a thing ... 😥

This is, what the majority of the American electors voted for…
And after his first term, AND the public plans like #Project2025 , nobody could be surprised that now is happening, what was long announced…
You will need a CivilWar and/or a Exit of the Blue Staats, both going along with a complete new version of your constitution, to return at least a part of the US-Territory into a democracy…
@georgetakei A worthwhile school to support. Quite an amazing educational system thy put together. Built their own community. If Louisiana gets further serrated, I will continue to look to support these opportunities.
@georgetakei
i put this mindful thinking point.
how to do slow progress in the u.s. in 100+ years.
how to flush the country in 100 days.
What a shit show.
Freakin unbelievable…
@Jaden3 @georgetakei It's fucking apartheid !
Racist cunts the lot of them
Remember when we were called hysterical for saying the "Great" era they wanted to return to again was segregation, closeted gays and oppressed women?
Yep, not so hysterical now. Just wait and see what America is like in 3 1/2 years.
This is under capitalism and reactionary right-wing SCOTUS. Missing the SCOTUS and capitalism for Trump is missing the forest for the tree.
@georgetakei
Kids, you have not managed to make discrimination by race after half a century?
Seriously?
Only the fine people are allowed to obtain an education, whatever one may understand by education ⁉️
I grew up in a small town in southeast Texas. I graduated high school in 1998. We still had a segregated prom — not officially, of course, but we had two separate proms and you could only go to one and it was implicitly understood which one you “should” go to (I went to neither).
There are still dozens of active desecration orders active throughout the US because school districts in some areas will do everything they can to remain segregated in all but name.
