[Pre-release] v0.7.0-2 - Lemmy.World

Hey everyone! This is the second pre-release for Thunder v0.7.0. This build brings a ton of fixes and under-the-hood changes as we continue preparing Thunder for the upcoming Lemmy API updates. As mentioned previously, the next few pre-releases will focus on similar foundational work as there’s still a lot of work left to do. > Note: With so many internal changes, this build may be a bit more unstable than previous ones. If you come across any bugs or issues, please report them on GitHub!
