A-nom-nom-nom-aly BSC SSCThat's after trying to get through on the phone for 3 days at 8am, fending of the unqualified receptionist who demands to know precisely what's wrong with you before determining if you are even allowed a telephone appt at a random time of the day and only them will a 'doctor' decide if they can be bothered to see you and will happily make random guesses at the solution to the problem without even seeing you.
It's made even harder for people who have disabilities or even issues making phone calls and speaking to people.
It's just another way the NHS discriminates against anyone one who isn't 'normal' by their very narrow standards.
