Apparently, they're asking people to choose between:
- "President Trump is a strong leader who should be given the power he needs to restore America’s greatness", and
- "President Trump is a dangerous dictator whose power should be limited before he destroys American democracy".

I'm not sure we can deduce much from those answers; most people probably don't agree with either statements but they had to pick one.
