econads@oldsfgirl @chloeraccoon is that knocker actually usable? Looks like it wouldn't knock with the snake obstructing it. Is it just telling everyone to get lost and not try coming in?

@oldsfgirl @econads Should work fine. The knocker itself hits on the boss attached to the door behind it, and it's got a proud striking point in the middle.
I just love it for its beauty and the fantasy of taking her for a walk through the White House, after her miraculous animation, so that she might stare directly into the eyes of a great many people 'working' there.
