@Lydie@tech.lgbt It depends on the breed and the breeder you get your car from, really. Sphynx cats can have a genetic heart disease called HCM, but a good breeder will screen their cats for that before you adopt from them. There are also Peterbalds and Donskoys, neither of which have health issues when adopted from a trustworthy breeder. Look for CFA and TICA certification on their websites as green flags! Also, I would stay away from "hybrid" breeds like Elves, Dwelves, and Bambinos.
