Why do communists still use terms like "anarchy of production", "market anarchism", or "price of anarchy" that vilify anarchism and equate it with chaos or selfish behavior?

It's just a synonym. Whether you like it or not, the word "anarchy" means both the ideology of anarchism and chaos. "Anarchy of production" just refers to the chaotic and unorganized nature of the capitalist economy.
