Right wing employers: “We should be free to chose who we sell cakes to. Free to chose healthcare, free to challenge tax laws. Free to negotiate contracts. To monopolise and profit.”
Worker: “Free to recognise myself as a business of one person and employ a professional to negotiate my employment contract. To monopolise and profit via a union.”
Employer: “No that! You don’t count.”
“But you’re shouting about personal freedom while simultaneously saying you are a business and I’m definitely not.”
