Marcus BrandelIt’s #OG #FossilFriday! 🐂🦥🐴🐘🐪🐟🍃 This unassuming fossil is what anchored me to the paleo path. It's a fragment of mammoth tusk, the outer cementum, discovered on a river gravel bar near New Ulm, MN. It proved for me that Pleistocene mammals once roamed my hometown.
