@whitequark I had a progesteroney dream a couple of nights ago about upgrading a church's computer system after their accountant died and couldn't use an ordinary keyboard anymore. For reasons that Dream Lore didn't explain, most dead peoples' ghosts in this world could only communicate by appearing and touching and tapping things, so the church needed the accounting computer to be fitted with an ultra-high-sensitivity touchpad, and we got one that was built in the shape of a tiltable concave cosmetic mirror on a stand, the reflection supposed to help the dead bookkeeper's ghost to position herself properly while using the touchpad.
