sotolfYey, defeated the second boss of etrian odyssey II And got to the 3rd stratum with a beautiful snowy tileset, I just rally enjoy how this game looks, it's so beautiful. Still having a lot of fun with it, still slowly making my way forewards :)

@trezzer Yeah, it seems to work well, had some extra cash, so I splurged on fire resist rings for all for the fiery boss, they haven't been as bad as I feared, the game doesn't feel as bad as everyone says it is really, if that doesn't come later, just really enjoying it, and it really is a treat every time I get a new tileset :D
@sotolf It’s only hard if you go in “all guns blazing”, because then you WILL get hurt. It’s not an unfair game.
@trezzer Yeah, I have been very happy that the bosses havent been the gimmicky ones, that often are in Final Fantasy where you're screwed unless you do that one thing that they decided you should do, because I don't find them fun really, I'm too stupid to come up with what to do :p
Yeah, I can see how I would really struggle if I wasn't taking it slow, the annoying thing with this one is that the FOEs don't give experience, so it's mostly better to just run from them, I guess it's good for learning their patterns :)

@joel 1 and 3 on the miyoo, but have only done the first level on both of those, 2 I have on my switch, and 4 on my 3ds, miyoo is actually kind of the most comfortable to play though, works well on all though, but my 3ds is kinda borked. I'm really enjoying it a lot more than I thought I would, everyone say they are brutal, but as long as you take your time and don't overextend, just are patient, it isn't that bad :)
