It's 'cemwood': calcium silicate coated wood chips. See cemwood.de They are a very resilient, insulating, leveling fill. Especially for use under floors. If we are on the conscious route we will see this everywhere in the #renovationwave. (Where is it?)

It's wood fibre and to be specific: The "sawdust" from cutting and boards in the factory. It is used as blow in insulation. See Steico Cell.
