- add option to disable lock screen scrubber
- fixes for dragging around multiple items in the queue
- fixes for the splash screen centering
- fixes for visual artifacts around the now playing bar
- fix notification settings going to the old notification page
- fix for an issue where restoring a backup could time out if you have tons of subscriptions
- fixes for audio interruption/ducking related to the watch

@castropodcasts Any tips for when I use either my Cellular Apple Watch or Non Cellular watch and with/without my phone present- if I'm playing a podcast with either watch and the watch option is selected on my watch itself, when I switch screens (to check steps for example), the podcast fades out and then stops. It doesn't seem right that the Castro app has to be always open on the watch screen, correct?
